The Process
- Call – The most advisable first step if you have a faulty device is to give us a call so we can discuss the issue over the phone to give you an indication of how we can help.
- Drop-in or post – To get a full understanding of what is required, and to complete the necessary repairs, we will need to see the device. This means you will need to get it to one of our two workshops. You can drop it off or post it in.
- Repair – Our technicians will then assess the problem and will give you an estimated cost for the device repair. After you give your approval, we will fix your device.
- Collect or post – You can then collect your device, or we’ll send it back to you.
